White Rain products, a brand owned by Innovative Brands are guaranteed authentic only when purchased through authorized retailers and sellers. Innovative Brands actively participates in the Amazon Brand Registry and similar programs to monitor and address the unauthorized sale, advertisement, or distribution of counterfeit, unlicensed, or infringing products. Unauthorized sales of White Rain products through third-party platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and other marketplace websites may be subject to removal without notice, to the extent permitted by law.

Products purchased on Amazon or other third-party websites from any seller other than Innovative Brands or other authorized partners may not include the same product guarantees, customer service, or return/refund policies as intended by the manufacturer. White Rain cannot verify the authenticity, quality, or condition of products purchased from unauthorized sellers.

Any warranty, return, or refund policy offered by White Rain or Innovative Brands may not apply to products purchased from unauthorized sellers. This includes—but is not limited to—sellers on Amazon.com, eBay.com, and other unauthorized third-party marketplaces.
